Kondapalli Dancing Doll, 13 inch (Buttabomma Bobble Toy)

Details
The Kondapalli dancing doll, lovingly called Buttabomma, is a bobble toy from the Kondapalli toy-making tradition of Andhra Pradesh. Give her a gentle touch and she sways from the waist, like a classical dancer mid-performance.
At 13 inches tall she is a striking focal point for a desk, a living room shelf or the top step of your Navaratri Golu and Bommala Koluvu, and a well-loved housewarming gift.
- Height: 13 inches
- Material: wood pulp and paper mache
- Craft: Kondapalli, Andhra Pradesh
Care: Dust with a soft dry brush or cloth. Keep away from water and damp places, as paper mache can soften.
